Eaton Asphalt provides a variety of asphalt products. As a leading asphalt manufacturer, we offer different types and mixes. With this variety you can expect the best quality asphalt that fits your needs. Consistency, viscosity, and purity are factors that determine asphalt quality. These factors are extremely important to the creation of a durable, high performing surface. Therefore, special attention needs to be given to make sure the asphalt is properly controlled, transported, and installed on your paving projects.
Through the years the asphalt industry has evolved, new technology has ushered in new asphalt materials and equipment. Consequently, this new technology provides superior drainage, compaction, durability and ride quality while minimizing our environmental impact.
Warm Mix Asphalt (Green Asphalt)
Our Warm Mix Asphalt (also referred to as Green Asphalt or WMA) is a truly green asphalt. In fact, of all asphalt products, WMA provides lower energy consumption, lesser fumes, minor odors, decreased emissions and easier placement. These factors make WMA one of the most environmentally friendly types of asphalt pavement available. We’re able to achieve better compaction on the road, extending our paving season and increasing our hauling distances. As an added bonus, this product can help you earn LEED® credits.

Porous Asphalt Pavement
Porous asphalt pavement gives you better efficiency with storm water management. This new asphalt technology eliminates the need for traditional pipe systems by allowing the water to drain through the asphalt. Storm water run-off passes through the pores of the asphalt pavement into a retention basin below the asphalt pavement, permitting a natural percolation or cleansing process of the storm water. This promotion of filtration, improves water quality and eliminates the need for a traditional detention basin.
Using porous asphalt pavements for your parking lot provides a standing and/or flooding water solution. With proper design and installation, porous asphalt parking areas are cost-effective and attractive, that can also help you get LEED® credits toward storm water management.
Trackless Tack – Fast Drying Asphalt Tack
An advanced asphalt emulsion tack, trackless tack is specially formulated to dry as quickly as 10 minutes. Trackless Tack serves as a stronger bonding agent and reduces the amount of splatter and tracking left from traditional tack such as SS-1H. Studies indicate that Trackless Tack, when compared to traditional tack coats, can help contractors achieve better density with less compaction effort and improve the bonding and shear strength between two asphalt pavements.
